first and foremost. That doesn't mean buying
into the Left's scenario that there is a catastrophe
looming, and certainly not if it's the wrong
catastrophe they are worring about. Once you've
bought their dramatic scenario, you have bought
their solution. Since unless we go immediately
to a 1600's economy, we aren't going to cut
enough CO2 to make enough of a difference (by
their measure), we are going to need to be
